Richard Davis Jr, EA  (President)as a student at the University of Miami working towards a degree in Accounting & Business Administration, he began his first company after realizing that his friends and associates were in need of income tax assistance. Accounting, Taxes, Etc. was incorporated in 1975.  His business began to grow as the needs of his young clients progressed, and they were now in the market to purchase their first home. As a result, Richard began selling real estate in 1979, to accommodate the needs of his clients. He became a licensed mortgage broker in 1988, to better assist his client’s needs.

Richard remained working for Caterpillar Tractor Company for 11 years, then moved on to become a police officer with the Miami-Dade Police department.  He quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant. Because of his passion for real estate and financial matter, Richard has spent twenty three of his twenty five years on the police department in the Economic Crimes Bureau supervising investigations related to mortgage frauds, embezzlements, and financial schemes to defraud.

Today, what began as a simple tax business has grown into a full service financial company offering financial planning, mortgages broker services, real estate service and federal income tax preparation.

Howard Carter, III (Marketer) graduated for the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Marketing.  Also, he has worked with the R. S. Davis Financial Team as a Tax Preparer for (5) years.  In that time, he has contributed to the marketing campaign and image for the company.  He also became a member of the business association for downtown Hollywood (DHBA).  Mr. Carter also co-started a company “Gilded Revolution”  www.gildedrevolution.com  that specializes in travel fashion and accessories.  He is also committed to local non-profit organizations: The Pantry of Broward County, Hollywood Rotary Club, Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC), and Broward Out Reach Center.

Nelson Rodriquez (Real Estate Broker) is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Public Administration.  In 1982 he joined the Metro-Dade Police Department and is currently the Sergeant of the Underwater Recovery Unit.  Having always had an interest in investing and finance, He became a mortgage broker in 1999.  After years of successful investments in real estate he became a real estate agent.  In 2004 Nelson became a real estate broker to better help clients manage their real estate investment needs. Nelson is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals whether it is buying their first home or buying investment property.  As President of Rohan Realty, He also makes sure all clients are given the personal attention and respect they deserved.

David Goldberger (Mortgage Broker) is a 1984 graduate of the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice.  In 1999 he became a licensed Mortgage Broker and began his business association with Richard Davis.  David will be beginning his sixth year as an Income Tax Preparer, obtaining is accreditation in 2000.
